Tickets are on sale now for He Calls Me Daughter, a documentary film set to release March 17-18, 2026, in theatres nationwide with Fathom Entertainment in partnership with award-winning director Rick Altizer.
He Calls Me Daughter is for women who have felt unseen, unsupported, or unsure of their worth — and who long for love that feels safe. The film follows the journey of women shaped by absent, distant, or broken fathers and how those wounds followed them, impacting identity, self-worth, and even their relationship with God. As each story unfolds, audiences learn about a different kind of Father — one who is ever-present and faithful.
Set to release during Women’s History Month, He Calls Me Daughter amplifies the stories of women as they begin to name the pain they’ve carried for years: a father wound. The film brings attention to the lasting impact father-daughter relationships can have on a woman’s life, ultimately pointing to a perfect heavenly Father who longs for relationship with his daughters.
He Calls Me Daughter is an invitation for women to listen, reflect, and encounter the Father’s love, encouraging them to reflect on their own story and name their pain even after leaving the theatre. Counselors Bill and Tracey Robison developed an accompanying six-week study designed to help women identify their wounds, understand the impact and invite the heavenly Father into the places that still need His healing touch.
Tickets for He Calls Me Daughter are now available online via Fathom Entertainment and participating theatre box offices (theatre locations are subject to change).
