He was born in the city of Saltillo in Coahuila, Mexico on August 11, 1958. He studied at the Universidad Autonoma De Tamaulipa, graduating with a degree in Agricultural Engineering. He also studied in the Seminario de Entrenamiento Ministerial (SEM), where he was anointed into ministry in 1991. His last educational endeavor was finished in 2012 graduating from Logos University with a Masters in Pastoral Ministries. He is married to Judith Reyes Ibarra and God blessed him with 3 children (Janna Judithzi, Japhet Reynaldo, and Noe Arturo) and 4 grandchildren (Olivia, Jacob Jr, Timothy, and Thomas). He has more than 33 years of experience in pastorship. He is currently pastoring the church he founded in Pharr, TX. Some of his ministries include being an instructor at Artios Christian College and serving on the License and Credentials Committee for North America since 2014.
