Originally inspired by a story Schultz heard about a girl with a rough upbringing and no father figure, Schultz discovered \u201cFollow\u201d was farther reaching than he knew: \u201cAs I lived with the song, I thought, \u2018This isn\u2019t just for her; this is for me.
